What we build

Good work begins with understanding the home.

Renovating an Auckland villa or bungalow means working with what is already there. We help owners and designers think through the existing structure, the scope of change and the details that will make the new work feel at home.

On new builds, early discussion about materials, buildability, programme and cost helps turn a design into a practical plan. Our involvement can start at concept stage or once detailed drawings are ready for pricing.

Built around your project.

No two sites or households are alike. These are the main kinds of residential work we undertake, with the scope and level of early input shaped to each job.

  1. 01

    Renovations and alterations

Considered updates to existing homes, including villa and bungalow remodels, reconfigured rooms and detailed interior work.

  2. 02

    Extensions and outdoor living

Additions that connect old and new, with decks, courtyards and outdoor spaces planned as part of everyday life.

  3. 03

    Architecturally designed new homes

New residential builds developed with owners, architects, consultants and trades from pricing through to handover.

Early involvement

Clear thinking before work starts.

We can review buildability while plans are developing, then work through a defined scope, itemised pricing and a programme before construction. On site, regular progress updates keep owners and the wider team close to the decisions that affect cost, timing and quality.
