About / Grant Built Limited
Building with care, from first idea to final detail.
Our story
Trade experience, close attention and clear communication.
Josh established Grant Built in 2012. He began his building career working on bungalow and villa renovations as well as new homes, then completed a Diploma in Construction Management. That mix of hands-on building and practical project planning still shapes how we work.
We get involved early to test the buildability of a design, work through costs and plan the programme. Once work is under way, we stay close to the site and keep clients informed about decisions, progress and the details that matter.
Grant Built Limited is a member of New Zealand Certified Builders .
Thoughtful homes are built together.
Our projects include renovations, extensions and new homes across Auckland. We work alongside the wider design and trade team to make good ideas buildable, keep the process understandable and deliver the work with care.
